Karst Talent is a talent agency representing
Variety Bands, Musicians, Piano/Vocal and Guitar/Vocal Entertainers
and Specialty Acts for the cruise ship industry.
Owner/Operator, Patrick Karst, has been involved in the cruise
industry for 17 years, beginning in 1987 as a Bandmaster (onboard
Music Manager, Showband Pianist and Conductor). In 1995, he moved
to the corporate position of Entertainment Manager with Princess
Cruises. Patrick held the position of Entertainment Manager for
7 years and was responsible to find, audition, hire and manage the
fleet’s entire roster of Specialty Acts with that company.
Karst also was responsible in overseeing the management of Musicians
and Bands for the company’s 11 vessels. With Karst’s
extensive experience, (8 years onboard ships and 7 years within
a corporate setting for a major cruise company), and now as an independent
agent, he can assist you in securing a position onboard one of many
cruise ships sailing the 7 seas.
